3-High Day

Diabetes Singapore supported Changi Hospital in hosting an interactive health booth at the “3-High Day” event on Saturday, 11 April 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Heartbeat@Bedok. The community outreach initiative was supported by sponsor Zappy.

The booth focused on raising awareness about the “3 Highs”, through educational resources and engaging interactions, residents learned how proactive health screening, balanced nutrition, and active living can help prevent and manage these interconnected conditions for long-term health.
