M3 @ Jurong Family Sports & Health Fiesta

Diabetes Singapore partnered with M3+ Jurong Spring to participate in the M3 @ Jurong Family Sports & Health Fiesta on Sunday, 11 October 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Jurong Green Community Club (Jurong Green CC). Organised by M3+ Jurong Spring, the event brought local residents and families together for a morning dedicated to physical activity, health screening, and chronic disease awareness.

Aligned with Diabetes Singapore’s flagship Sugar Smart Nation and Sugar Smart Families initiatives, Diabetes Singapore set up an interactive educational booth to promote active living and household health stewardship. Attendees received practical guidance on blood glucose monitoring, identifying hidden dietary sugars, evaluating food labels, and adopting balanced, low-sugar dietary habits to support long-term family wellness.
