Assembly Talk + Health Booth (Blaze Marketplace)

In collaboration with Anderson Serangoon Junior College (ASRJC), Diabetes Singapore conducted a campus assembly talk and health booth during the Blaze Marketplace on Wednesday, 5 August 2026. Organised by ASRJC, the event combined mass assembly education (8:00 AM – 8:45 AM) with an engaging marketplace booth (10:30 AM – 1:00 PM) to promote long-term chronic disease awareness among youth.

Event Highlights

• Campus Assembly Presentation: Educating students on the fundamentals of diabetes prevention, blood sugar management, and long-term health risks.
• Blaze Marketplace Health Booth: Interactive displays and educational activities engaging student peers on reading nutrition labels and making smart food choices.
• Youth Sugar Awareness: Fostering sugar-smart habits across tertiary institutions as part of Diabetes Singapore’s Sugar Smart outreach.
