Sugar Smart Kids (Assembly Talk)

Diabetes Singapore partnered with Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah to conduct an interactive “Sugar Smart Kids” assembly talk on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM at the school campus (277 Braddell Road). The morning session was supported by sponsor Vitagen.

As part of Diabetes Singapore’s youth-focused outreach under the broader Sugar Smart movement, the session educated students on the hidden sugars in daily foods and beverages, promoting healthy nutritional choices early in life. The talk equipped young learners with practical habits for choosing healthier drinks and balanced snacks, reinforcing how early lifestyle choices lay the foundation for lifelong diabetes prevention.
