Diabetes Singapore: Diabetes Talk (Health Talk)

Diabetes Singapore collaborated with Kampong Chai Chee MAEC to conduct a community health talk on Saturday, 28 February 2026, at Heartbeat at Bedok. The 6:00 PM session was led by Diabetes Singapore speaker Aslena, who shared practical guidance on diabetes prevention and management.

Participants gained valuable insights into blood glucose control, balanced nutrition, and active living habits. Through clear advice and interactive discussion, the session demonstrated how simple, everyday lifestyle adjustments can support long-term health and empower individuals within the community to manage diabetes effectively.
