An exciting partnership was formed between Diabetes Singapore and Medical Social Work Department of Woodlands Health, Moderna Biotech Singapore, Lotus Eldercare, and Lions Club of Singapore Caring Palms. This holistic collaboration promises a comprehensive approach to diabetes management, blending medical care, preventive measures, and community support.
