Stakeholder Collaboration

The Diabetes Support (DS) team had the privilege of meeting with the Community Health Resource Centre (CHRC) team, an initiative led by Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) in collaboration with Bukit Batok East and Nature View Residents Committee. The opening of the BBE Health Resource Centre @ Nature View aims to navigate residents through their health journey, promoting awareness, healthy eating, and regular physical activity. 

The collaboration with Diabetes Singapore extends to planning public education seminars, cooking classes, and facilitating referrals  to General Practitioners for screenings, tailored to be accessible for working adults and those with mobility challenges by offering extended hours.
